The Robins were victorious in their first adapted soccer game since November 2019, playing extremely well and defeating the Anoka-Hennepin Mustangs. 6-1. Just three minutes into the game, Marcus Brady found the net on a pass by Jose Leon Estrada, but Anoka struck back just 90 seconds later to tie the game at 1. Brady added another goal, as did Ava Hetteen as the Robins took a 3-1 lead into halftime and didn’t look back from there. Estrada scored twice in the second half to go with one more goal from Brady. Brady finished the game with 3 goals. Estrada had 2 goals and 2 assists, while Hetteen had 1 goal and 1 assist. Nick Johnson also notched a point, assisting on Brady’s final goal. Edgar Kinanga and Darius Larson were a solid defensive tandem, combining for 14 blocked shots. Mark Cleveland was fantastic in his first ever game at goalkeeper, making 20 saves.
