Robins17- Dakota United 11
The Robins defeated Dakota United at Eagan H.S. with a score of 17-11. Josh Bell, Andy Bell and Kyle Guggenberger each scored 3 runs. Jacob Yurick came home 2 times. Laura Nelson, Jonathan Krolak, Brittany Bern, Tori Percy, and Jennifer Dorr each scored 1 run. Jacob hit 4 sinlges, Jonathan hit 2 singles and 1 double. Josh walked once, and hit two singles and one double. Andy hit one double and 3 singles. Kyle, hit 1 double and 3 singles. Jason Dorr struck out and his sub Laura Nelson struck out once and hit 2 singles and was thrown out once. Britany Bern singled 3 times, and flew out once. Tori Percy hit 3 singles and struck out 3 times. Steven Snodgrass flew out once and hit 3 singles. Jennifer hit 3 singles. The Robins held Dakota after giving up 2 runs and ended the 7th inning with 1,2,3 outs this, after a sixth inning 1,2,3 outs. Dakota spread their scoring with 1 in the 1st, 5 in the 3rd, 1 in the fourth, 2 in the 5th, none in the 6th and 2 in the 7th. The Robins scored 5 in the 1st, none in the second, 5 in the 3rd, 4 in the 4th, 1 in the 5th, 2 in the 6th and none in the 7th. After a rainy drive down to Eagan the Robins had a great game. Supporting players for the Robins were Tom foresberg, Ashley Fisher, and Ari Carlson.

Robins 15- North Suburban 2
The Robins defeated North Suburban 15-3. The Robins were off to good start with Jacob Yurick scoring 2 runs, Jonathan Krolak scoring 2 runs as well as Kyle Guggenberger scoring 2 runs. Josh Bell scored 4 runs and Andy Bell scored 3 with two of them homeruns. Jason Dorr scored 1 run and Jennifer Dorr scored 1 run. Jacob had 1 walk and 1 double. Jonathan had 2 walks and 2 doubles. Josh Bell had 4 singles. Andy Bell had 2 homeruns and a triple. Kyle had 2 singles. Dustin Peterson had 1 single. also playing for the Robins were Cordero Blundt, Brittany Bern, Jamie Katz, Tori Percy, Steven Snodgrass, Ari Carlson and Laura Nelson. Also supporting Robins players were A Alyssa Duerre, Tom Foresberg.

Robins 3-South Suburban 4
Robins lost to South Suburban in a close game with a score of 3-4. The Robins got off to a slow start and from then on the game went back and forth. Josh Bell scored 1 run. Jacob Yurick scored one run and Jonathan Krolak scored 1 run. Jacob had 2 sinlges and a couble. Jonathan made to singles. Josh hit 2 singles. Andy Bell hit 2 singles and one sacrifice fly. Kyle Guggenberger hit one double. Jennifer Dorr had one double. Brittany Bern hit one single. Steven Snodgrass stuck out once and was put out twice on first. Dustin Peterson started that game but due to a leg injury was put out running to second. Coach Evans then substituted Cordero Blundt who flew out once and was thrown out on first once. Laura Nelson made three hits but was thrown out 3 times on first. The tying run was on third and the winning run was on second and an additional run was on 1st when andy Bell was thrown out at first to end the Robins comeback. With bases loaded Andy was thrown out by a hair ending the Robins winnig streak this softball season. South Suburban had 1 run in the 1st and 3 runs in the 5th to take the lead and keep it. The Robins JV defeated South Suburban JV with a score of 9-6. Playing for the Robins were Tom Foresberg as catcher, Tori Percy as short stop, Jason Dorr at left center, Ashley Fisher at second, Ari Carlson on first, Alyssa Duerre at 3rd. Chris, Riesha, Rick and Regina from South Suburban filled in to complete the Robins JV roster. Tori Percy stated she, "made alot of new friends on this team."

Robins 8- Moundsview 9
The Robins lost a close game with Moundsview coming from behind to win in the last inning. With a chance to tie with the winning run on 3rd and the go ahead run on 1st Moundsview a fly to defeat the Robins. Moundsview made 1 run in the 2nd, 2 runs in the 3rd, 1 run in the 4th, no runs in the 5th and 6th and madking the catching and go ahead runs ( five runs )in the top of the 7th. The robins scored 2 in the 1st, none in the 2nd, 3 in the 3rd, none in the 4th, 2 in the 5th, none in the 6th and one run and stranded 2 one in the bottom of the 7th to lose 8-9. Josh Bell scored 4 runs, Andy Bell scored 2 runs, Jacob Yurick socred 1 run, Jonathan made 1 run. Also playing for the Robins were Brittany Bern with 1 hit and 3 outs, Jennifer Dor with 1 hit and 3 outs, Laura Nelson with 2 strike outs and 1 fly out. Tori Percy had 1 fly out and one throw out. Cordero Blundt had one long hit to center field and made it to first. Steven Snodgrass flew out once, and had 2 strike outs. Kyle Guggenberger had 1 strike out and 3 singles. It a fun game to watch and a tough game to lose. The Robins JV lost to Moundsview JV 6-3 with runs made by Britany Bern, Tom Foreberger, and Cordero Blundt who also pitched. Steven Snodgrass had 1 sinlge, Jennifer Dorr had one single, Ashly Fisher had one single, Ari Carlson hit one single, Tori Percy replaced laura Nelson and made one single Jaimie Katz flew out once. Jason Dorr hit one single. Alyssa Duerre replaced Brittany Bern and flew out once. It was a good game.

Robins 13- Mpls 2 in 5 innings
The Robins defeated Minneapolis in 5 innings 10 run rule with a score of 13-2. The Robins started off strong with 5 runs in the first, 5 runs in the 2nd and tapperd to non runs in the 3rd and 2 runs in the 4 and 1 runs in the 5th inning. Minneaplis scored both their runs in the 4th inning although they threatened with bases loaded and 2 outs in the 3rd. jacob Yurick made 3 runs on 3 singles, Jonathan Krolak made 1 run home and singles twice, and Josh Bell singled 3 times. coach Evans tried new strategy tonight and moved Jonathan to 1st and Josh to 2nd where he made several terrific plays including a double play at the end of the game. Andy Bell who had a wonderful night pitching hit his first grand slam of the 2006 season. With the 3 J's on base he hit a homerun. Kyle Guggenberger played a good game at short stop and also contributed to the final double play to end the game. Britanny Bern came home once with a nice hit to single once. Jaimie Katz came home on a nice hit from Dustin Peterson who sinlged 3 times. Steven Snodgrass hit 3 singles and came home once. Tori Percy hit her first homerun of the season to her and the teams great joy. Jennifer Dorr hit one single and Luara Nelson sub in for Jen but was put out at first. Tom Foresberg, Ari Carlson, Alyssa Duerre all where put in for pinch runners for Dustin Peterson who is still limping on his ankle. Dustin singles 3 times. Also supporting the Robins was Ashley Fisher. Everyone contributed to a great victory over a team had defeated the Robins in the first game of the State Tournament last year.

Robins 13- Wayzata 3 in 5 innings
The Robins defeated Wayzata 13-3 with the ten run rule in 5 innings. Josh Bell and Jonathan Krolak each had 3 runs. Andy Bell , Kyle Guggenberger, and Jacob Yurick each made 2 runs. Dustin Peterson made one run. Jacob had 2 singles. Jonathan had 3 singles. Josh had 3 singles. Andy Bell had 1 homerun and 1 single. Kyle hit 2 singles and a double. Dustin Peterson hit 1 single and 1 double. Tori Percy hit 1 single. Steven Snodgrass hit 1 single. Jennifer Dorr struck out twice. Brittany Bern struck out once and flew out once. Andy Bell pitched a great game striking out 2 batters. With brother Josh on 1st the two brothers made for a dynamic duo with at least one double play. Jonathan Krolak caught the last out of the game in center field. The Robins JV lost to Wayzata 15-8 in a great offensive effort by the Junior Varsity. Scoring for the Robins were Tori Percy with 2 runs, Tom Forsberg, Jennifer Dorr, Ari Carlson, Laura Nelson, Alyssa Duerre and Jason Dorr each scoring once. Also playing for the Robins were Ashley Fisher, Steven Snodgrass and Brittany Bern. Steven Snodgrass in his debut as pitcher struck out one batter. This was a great opener for the Robins.

Robins vs. Dakota united Lakeville, Robins 16-Lakeville, Burnsville scrimmage 2
The Robins defeated a new Dakota United team made up of Lakeville and Burnsville with a score of 16-2 in a scrimmage game at Hostermann. Joanthan Krolak, Josh Bell and Andy Bell each made 3 runs with Jacob Yurick scoring 2 runs, Jennifer Dorr, Jaimie Katz, Kyle Guggenberger, Dustin Peterson, and Cordero Blunt each scoring 1 run. The Robin had 5 in the first, 5 in the second, 1 in the 3rd and 5 in the 5th inning. The Cats were able to get the Robins out 1-2-3 in the 4th. The new team scored 1 in the 1st and 1 in the 4th. The Robins welcome a new team and hope they will join the conference next year.

Robins 18- Osseo 10
The Robins defeated Osseo with a score of 18 to 10. Josh Bell had walked once, made two doubles, two singles came in for 4 runs, Andy Bell had 2 triples, a double and a homerun. Jacobb Yurick hit 3 singles and came in for 2 runs. Jonathan Krolak walked once and hit 2 singles and came in for 3 runs. Jennifer Dorr hit 4 singles and came in for 2 runs. Kyle Guggenberger hit 2 singles and came in with 2 runs. Steven Snodgrass hit 1 single and was out at 1st once, flying out twice. Britanny hit one single, Tori Percy struck out once, Ari Carlson sturck out once and Jamie Katz made a single and came in for 1 run. Cordero hit 3 singles was tagged out on 2nd and came in with 1 run. Also Playing for the Robins Tom Foresberg and supporting players were Laura Nelson, Jason Dorr, and Ashley Fischer. This brings the Robins record to 7-2.

Robins 11- Anoka 1 in 6 innings
The Robins defeated Anoka with a score of 11-1 in 6 innings. Josh Bell and Andy Bell switched off and on pitching. Both did a great job. Jacob Yurick and Jonathan Krolak each came home 3 times to lead the scoring for the Robins. Jacob hit 4 singles. Joanthan hit hit 2 singles and walked twice. Josh Bell struck out twice before connecting with 2 singles and 4 RBI's. Andy Bell hit 3 singles and one double with 4 RBI's. cordero hit 3 singles and came home twice. Kyle Guggenberger hit 3 singles. Steven Snodgrass walked once and flew out twice. Jamie Katz flew out twice and struck out once. Britanny flew out twice and struck out once. Also playing Jason Dorr and Laura Nelson. Jennifer flew out twice and was releaved by Jason and Laura. Supporting players for the Robins was Tori Percy, Tom Foresberg, Alyssa Duerre, and Ari Carlson.

Robins 17- Buffalo 0 in 5 innings
In the final game of the 2006 softball season the Robins defeated Buffalo in 5 innings with a score of 17-0. Jacob Yurick had 2 runs, Jonathan Krolak made 2 runs, Ari Carlson also came in twice. Josh Bell came in 3 times with 2 homeruns, a tripple and a double. Kyle Guggenberger hit a triple and 2 singles and came in 3 times. Andy Bell hit a homerun, a triple and a single scoring 1 run. Steven Snodgrass was replaced by Alyssa Duere who came home once. Britany Bern was thrown out at 1st and flew out once. Brittany was replaced by Laura Nelson who hit a single. Cordero came home twice with 2 single hits and flew out once. Also playing for Robins was Jaimie Katz, Jason Dorr, Jennifer Dorr who had one run. Dustin Peterson, who has a bad ankle and Ashley Fisher and Tom Foresberger were sporting players for this game. The Robins await their seating for the State Softball Tournament June 2nd and 3rd.

Robins 9- St. Paul Humbolt 8
The Robins defeated St. Paul Humbolt in a very close game with a score of 9-8 with the winning run coming in the 7th inning. Josh Bell hit a homerun to break a tie game of 8-8. Jacob Yurick hit one single and scored 1 run. Jonathan Krolak hit two singles and flew out twice and scored 1 run. Josh Bell hit three singles and a homerun scoring 3 times. Andy Bell hit 1 home run and was thrown out a two sacrifices. Jennfier Dorr hit one single. Kyle Guggenberger hit one home run and one single to score twice. Steven Snodgrass was thrown out at 1st 3 times. Brittany Bern flew out once, thrown out once at 1st and standed on 1st once. Jaimie Katz flew out once, was thrown out once and hit one single. Cordero hit two singles and scored once. also playing for the Robins was Tom Foresberg who hit a single and was tagged out going to second. Tori Percy subbed in for Jennifer Dorr and Ari Carlson subbed for Jaimie Katz. Laura Nelson, Jason Dorr, Ashley Firsher, and Alyssa Duerre where supporting players for the Robins. This was a close gamewith St. Paul making 3 runs in the first, with the Robins taking them out 1 ,2, 3 in the 2nd and had a catchup and go ahead inning in the 3rd. The Robins held them scoreless in the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th innings to go ahead on the tie to win.

Robins 13- South Washington 12
The Robins came from behind to tie South Washington and in top of the 7th inning with a grand slam homrun Andy Bell was the go ahead run. The Robins defeated a strong South Washington team 13-12. Josh Bell scored 4 times while Jonathan Krolak, Jacob Yurick each scored 3 times. Andy Bell who had an outstanding pitching and fielding game came in 2 timew with the best play of the night being his grandslam homrun. The best fielding inning was the 7th with Steven Snodgrass catching the second out. The Robin took them down 1-2-3 to win the game. The Robins hat 2 hits in the 1st with South Washington scoring 4 in the bottom of the first. The Robins went down 1-2-3 in the second and so did the opponents. Top of the 3rd the Robins scored 3 runs. Washington answered with 5 in the 3rd. The 4th and 5th dried up for the Robins with Washington scoring 2 in the 4th and 1 in the 5th. The Robins came back in the 6th we 4 runs to get within striking range. Down by 4 The Robins retired South Washington in the 6th and came back with 5 runs in the top of the 7th. The Robins were able to get 3 quick outs in the bottom of the 7th for a suprise win. Also playing for the robins was Jennifer Dorr, Kyle Guggenberger with a roving job as short, second and first, Britanny Bern as catcher Dustin Peterson who was replaced because of his bad ankle by Tom Smith and then Jaimi Katz, and also Cordero Bloundt who made 1 run in the 7th. Cordero had 2 great hits for the night. Also subbing for the Robins was Tori Percy. The Robins JV lost to South Washington JV with a score of 1-9. Jennifer Dorr made the only score for the Robins. Brittany struck out, Tom made a single, Cordero went down swinging, Jaimie struck out, Ashley was out on 2nd, Ari struck out, laura made it to third, Jason made it to second and Alyssa was thrown out. It was a tough South Washington JV who made 9 runs to win the game.

Robins 13-Dakota 12
The Robins hung on to win the second game of the State softball tournament. With 5 runs in the bottom of the first inning the Robins went down 1-2-3 in the 2nd. They had given up 3 runs in the top of the 1st inning but were confident and game back strong. Getting Dakota out 1-2-3 in the 2nd and 3rd inning the Robins found them selves up 5 more runs in the 3rd. Dakota answered with 3 runs in the 3rd. The Robins went down again 1-2 in the 4th and Dakota inched up 3 more runs in the 4th. Chipping away the Robins got 1 in the 5th and 2 in the 6th. The Robins head them in the 5th but let them come back with 3 runs in the 6th and 2 runs in 7th. Still one run ahead the Robins with a great play catch from Dustin Peterson and tag of a runner going home by Andy Bell the Robins won. andy Bell had 2 runs, dustin Peterson 1 run, Jonathan Krolak 2 runs, Josh Bell with 1 run, Kyle Guttenberger was strong with 3 runs, Jaimie Katz, coming off the bench made 1 run while Tori Percy and Jacob Yurick each made 1 run. The play of the tournament was a tip by Kyle Guttenberger and catch by Jacob Yurick. The Robins win moved them on to the 1:30pm Consolation Chamiponship game with Anoka.

Softball State robins 5- St. Paul Humbolt 9
The Robins who came into the State Adapted Softball tournament in second sead lost the first game of the tournament to St. Paul Humbolt with a score of 5-9. The Robins just couldn't find their bats until the bottom of the third inning when the bottom of the line up started hitting when Dustin Peterson made it on and came around to score. The Robins missed Cordero Blouindt, who had difficulty with a ride and didn't make the bus. Andy Bell then scored after hitting a double, finally in the 7th inning the Robins connected with Jacob Yurick, Dustin Peterson and Laura Nelson coming in with 1 run each. Andy Bell made double coming in of Kyle Guttenberger bat. Jaocob Yurick came home off of Josh Bell's bat. The Robins struggled to get their rythum and came up short. The Robins moved on to play Dakota United at 10:30 am. Saturday in the consolation round.

Consolation Final- Robins 6- Anoka 5
The Robins played a close championship game against Anoka to win the State Adapted softball Championship with a score of 6-5. Leading the Robins were the Bell brother twins. Andy Bell pitched a great game and Jash Bell, at home on first base, were a great duo who connected several times for the great defensive effort. Dustin Peterson made one awsome catch while Andy Bell caught a runner to home. Jonathan Krolak came home once. Josh Bell came in twice, and Kyle Guttenberger and Steven Snodgrass each came in once. Although Anoka came back scoring 1 in the 3rd, onin th 5th, 2 in the 6th and one in the 7th , the Robins were able to hang on with great defensive play and by not getting raddled. The Robins too the Consolation Championship for the second time this year. They ended the year with a 4th in the State tournament in soccer and a Consolation Championship in Hockey. The Robins say goodbye to 7 seniors who will all be missed. They are Josh Bell, Andy Bell who consistantly have been MVP's for all 3 sports, Jacob Yurick, Dustin Peterson, Cordero Bloundt, Ari Carlson, and Jason Dorr. This team has become great friends and will definitely miss the graduating seniors.
