Minneapolis Roosevelt 4- Robins 3
In a very exciting and well played game the Robins lost to Minneapolis with a score of 4-3 for Mpls. Goals were made for the Robins by Josh Bell unassisted, Josh Bell with an assist from Ryan Degner and by Andy Bell with an assist by Josh Bell off the wall. Mpls out shot the Robins in the first half with 9 shots to 4 shots and the score ending 2 for Mpls to 1 for the Robins at half time. Sam Harrington had 7 saves in the first half. Josh Bell had 3 saves at the beginning of the second half and Sam again enter the goal and had 7 more saves for the game. In the second half the Robins had 7 shots on goal scoring 2 to tie Mpls. Mpls had 12 shots and also made 2 goals to with the go ahead goal coming in the last minute of play. The Robins continued to threaten when time ran out. The Robins had given Mpls the two closest games of the soccer season including this one. The Robins were out shot by Mpls 21- 11 but were able to keep the game close. It was a great game for both teams. Mpls went on to play Park Center for the championship and win while the Robins went on to play for 3rd and 4th place. The Robins came into the tournament in 4th seed. Also playing for the Robins were Rayjahn Hunter, Dustin Peterson, John Mason, Tom Smith and Jennifer Dorr. Helping cheer on were Ari Carlson, Brittany Bern and Anne Marie Burns

Robins 4- South Washington County 7
The Robins lost the final game of the soccer tournament to South Washington 7-3 palying for 3rd and 4th place. In the first half So. Wash. had 11 shots to the Robins 9 shots on goal. The game was tied at half 3-3 with Josh Bell making 2 gaols and Sam Harrington making 1 goal. andy Bell made 8 saves in goal the first half and Sam Harrington made 13 saves in the second half. ryan Denger had 3 shots, Jacob Yurick had 3 shots with 1 assist. John Mason had oe shot. In the second half South Washington shot 17 times while the Robins shot 16 times. The Robins were able to convert only one shot to a goal by Josh Bell and South Washington came up with 4 shots late in the second half to take the lead. The Robins didn't give up but threatened a number of times before time ran out. Jennifer Dorr, RayJahn Hunter, Tom Smith, and Brittany Bern also played a good game for the Robins. Rounding out the Robins tournament roster were Jaosn Dorr and Ari Carlson. The Robins ened the regular season with 9 wins, 2 ties and 2 losses. The ended the tournament with 1 win and 2 losses and took home the 4th place trophy. It was a good season for the Robins.

Robins 4- Moundview 3
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated Moundsview in a very close first game of the State soccer tournament. Andy Bell had 7 saves in goal the first half of the game. Sam Harrington went in goal the second half and had 4 saves. Offensively Josh Bell was high scorer for the Robins with 2 goals while Andy Bell and Ryan Degner had 1 goal each. The Robins shot 22 times scoring 4 out shooting Moundsview who shot 14 times and scoring 3. Also contributing to the Robins offense was Jacob Yurick with 2 shots and Dustin Peterson with 1 shot. Rounding out the Robins effort were Rayjahn, Hunter, Jennifer Dorr and John Mason. Rounding out the Robins team were Anne Marie Burns, Brittany Ber, Tom Smith and Ari Carlson. The Armstrong Pep band traveled to Stillwater to support the Robins. There participation made for an exciting game. Karen Krossow and the Robins cheeleaders also gave the Robins the support they needed for a hard fought victory.

Robins 8- St. Paul Johnson 2
The Robins defeated St. Paul Johnson in the playoff game to advance to the State Adapted soccer Tournament next weekend at Stillwater. The first round game will be November 12, 2004. Andy Bell started off as goalie with 5 saves. His defense kept the ball down in scoring range. Josh Bell replaced Andy in goal and had 5 more saves for the Robins. The score at the end of the 1st half was 6-1 when the Robins continued to sub players. Andy Bell had 2 goals, Dustin Peterson had 1 goal, Jacob Yurick made 1 goal and Josh Bell made 4 goals with assists from Sam Harrinton, Jonathan Krolak, and Josh Bell. The Robin's passing game was great and Coach Evans was able to sub in John Mason, Brittany Bern, Jennifer Dorr, Jason Dorr , Tom Smith and Ari Carlson. The second half of the game the teams each made 2 goals. The Robins go into the State tournament in 4th place for the conference play.

Robins 7- Moundsview 4
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated Moundview in the last home game of the regular soccer season. The game for the first have was Robins 2- Moundsview 1. Both side played a strong defensive game. Josh Bell scored 4 out of 5 shots taken at goal. Andy Bell, Jacob Yurick and Ryan Degner each scored 1 goal. Ryan Degner had 2 assists while Jonathan Krolak had 1 assist. Dustin Peterson had 1 close shot for goal. Also playing for the Robins were Sam Harrington in goal the second half, Andy Bell in goal the first half. Rayjahn Hunter playing both offense and defense and coming in late in the second quarter on a change of strategy was Jennifer Dorr at center and the movement of Ryan Degner to midfield to facilitate his goal to secure the win late in the second half. The Robins JV lost 1-0 to the Moundsview JV with Jennifer Dorr, Brittany Bern, Ari Carlson and Rayjahn Hunter each taking 1 shot and John Mason taking 2 shots . Playing in goal for the Robins was Tom Smith with 9 saves. also playing for the Robins was Anne Marie Burns. The Robins Varsity advances to the play off game Thursday at Hosterman.

Robins 4- South Washington 4 tie
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins tied South Washington with a score of 4-4. In a very exciting game the Robins game out strong and scored on the first kick off. In a substitution bell failure the Robins goalie let a score by tying the game. It was a hard fought game from then on out. Andy Bell and Josh Bell each made 2 goalies to complete the Robins offense. jacob Yurick had one assist. Andy Bell while goalie in the first half had 6 saves. Sam Harrington while in goal had 4 saves. Rounding out the Robins roster was Jonathan Krolak, Rayjahn Hunter, Jennifer Dorr and Dustin Peterson. The Robins JV lost to South Washington JV with a score of 2-4. Both scores for the Robins were made by Jacob Yurick. Rounding out the Robins roster were Tom Smith in goal, John Krolak, John Mason, Brittany Bern, Jennifer Dorr, Ari Carlson, and Jason Dorr. The Robins play again Monday, November 1st and will host their Parent Appreciation Night. Looking forward the playoff game will possibly be next Thursday at Hosterman. Robins 8- Wayzata 2
Andy Bell had 9 saves in goal the first half of the game and Sam Harrington had 8 saves in the second half. Josh Bell, Ryan Degner, and Andy Bell each made 2 goals to lead the Robins to a victory Dustin Peterson and Sam Harrington each made I goal to complete the scoring for the Robins. Josh Bell had 7 shots on goal while Andy Bell made 6 shots with Jacob Yurick having 5 shots. Sam Harrington's shooting percentage was 100% and Ryan Degner also shot 100%. Jonathan Krolak had 2 shots on goal while Dustin Peterson shot 50% with 2 shots on goal. Rounding out the roster for the Robins was Rayjahn Hunter.The Robins JV lost to Wayzata with a score of 2-1 with Dustin Peterson making the only goal for the Robins. Brittany Bern had 6 saves as goalie. Jennifer Dorr had two shots on goal and Anne Marie Burns made 1 shot on goal. Dustin Peterson had 6 shots on goal for the Robins. Rounding out the roster for the Robins JV was Tom Smith in defense, John Mason in defense, Ari Carlson as wing, Jason Dorr as center, and Rayjahn Hunter who joined the defense in the second period.

Robins 4- St. Cloud 2
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated St. Cloud 4-2. Andy Bell made 2 goals and 2 assist, while Josh Bell made 2 goals. Jacob Yurick had 1 assist to round out the Robins offense. Defensively Andy Bell started in goal making 8 saves and was replaced by Sam Harrington who had 12 saves. Also playing for the Robins was Rayjahn Hunter, and Dustin Peterson. the Robins JV defeated St. Cloud JV 4-1 with Jacob Yurick making 3 goals and Jennifer Dorr making 1 goal.

Robins 9- Anoka 1
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated Anoka 9-1 with Josh Bell scoring 4 goals with 2 assists, Jacob Yurick scoring 3 goalis with 1 assist and Andy Bell and Rayjahn Hunter each scoring 1 goal with Rayjahn making 1 assist. Jennifer Dorr had 2 assists to round out the Robins offense. Also Playing for the Robins were Jonathan Krolak, Dustin Peterson, Brittnay Bern, Anne marie Burns, Jason Dorr, Ari Carlson and Ryan Degner who had a great defensive game. In goal for the Robins was Sam Harrington who did another great job.

Robins 7- North Suburban 7 tie
The Robins came back in the last 2 minutes of the game to tie North Suburban 7-7. Although North Suburban had only 15 shots on goal they made 7 of them and Sam Harrington in goal saved 8 goals. Ryan Degner made 1 goal along with Josh Bell and Jacob Yurick who each made 1 goal. Andy Bell was high scorer for the Robins with 4 goals Jennifer Dorr had 1 assist along with 1 assist for Andy Bell and 4 assists for Josh Bell. The excitement came late in the second half when the Robins moved Ryan Degner from defense to left wing. With 2 minutes 26 second left in the game the Robins scored3 goals to tie the game. With 5 seconds left in the game the Robins stole the ball and made one last effort to go ahead. The shot was wide and the game ended in a tie. It was a great game for both teams. Rounding out the Robins effort were Dustin Peterson, Rayjahn Hunter and joanthan Krolak. Rounding out the roster for the Robins were Brittany Bern, John Mason, Anne Marie Burns, Jason Dorr, Tom Smith and Ari Carlson. This tie keeps the Robins tied for 4th place with North Suburban

The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated South Suburban Jets with a score of 7-3. Josh Bell made 6 goals and Andy Bell made 1 goal and 1 assist. Josh Bell had 8 shots on goal and Andy Bell had 5 shots on goal, Sam Harrington made 6 saves as goalie while Jonathan Krolak had 2 shots on goal. Rounding out the roster for the Robins were Ryan Degner, Rayjahn Hunter, Dustin Peterson, and Jacob Yurick. The Robins JV lost to South Suburban JV with a score of 6-3 with Brittany Bern making 2 goalies and John Mason making 1 goal for the Robins. Brittany Bern made 1 save in goal while Tom Smith had 3 saves while in goal. Stacy Anthony, Brittany Bern each had 3 shots on goal, Anne Marie Burns and John Mason each had 2 shots on goal and Tom Smith had 1 shot on goal to round out the Robins offense. Rounding out the Robins JV roster were Trevin Rawls, Jennifer Dorr, Jason Dorr, and Ari Carlson.

The Robins Varsity defeated Stillwater 8-5 in a close contest at home. andy Bell and Jacob Yurick lead the team with 3 goals a piece. Josh Bell had 2 goals and 1 assist. Sam Harrinton in goal had 12 saves for the game. Rounding out the roster for the Robins was Jonathan Krolak, Dustin Peterson, Ryan Degner, Stacey Anthony and Rayjahn Hunter.

Robins 3- Park Center 7
The Robins Varsity lost to Park Center 3-7. Andy Bell scored 2 goals with Stacey Anthony scoring 1 goal for the Robins, kept the Robins close until Park Center went on to win the game. Rounding out the roster for the Robins were, Josh Bell, Jonathan Krolak, Dustin Peterson, Ryan Degner, Jacob Yurick, Sam Harrington in goal and Rayjahn Hunter. The Robins JV tied the Park Center JV with a score of 2-2 with Trevin Rawls scoring both goals. Brittnay Burns did a great job in goal. Ari Carlson, Tom Smith, John Mason, Jennifer Dorr, Jason Dorr and Anne marie Burns rounded out the Robins roster.

Robins 9- Humbolt 1
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeated St Paul Humbolt with a score of 9-1 in a very well played soccer game tonight. Josh Bell was high scorer with 4 goals while Andy Bell was close behind with 3 goalies. Scoring his first goal in soccer was Junior Jason Dorr. Jacob Yurick was excited an thrilled with his 1 goal contribution to the Robins victory Assists were made by Josh Bell with one, Jacob Yurick with one, and new comer John Mason with one. Other players playing a great passing game were Rayjahn Hunter, Dustin Peterson, and Jonathan Krolak who took a hit by the soccer ball to his head and sat out a period to recover. He was able to return to play late in the game. Also contributing to a great defensive game was defender Ryan Degner and goalie Sam Harrington who had 14 saves. Rounding out the roster was Brittany Bern, Stacey Anthony, Trevin Rawls, Jennifer Dorr, and Ann Marie Burns.

Rpbins 7- Dakota 5
The Robbinsdale, Hopkins, Mound Westonka Robins defeat Dakota 7-5 with 5 goals for Josh Bell, 1 goal for Andy Bell and Dustin Peterson to complete the Robins scoring. The two teams were very close and Andy Bell had 2 assists while Josh Bell, Dustin Peterson and Ryan Degner each had 1 assit. Sam Harrington had 17 saves in goal. Sam did another outstanding job as goalie. Rounding out the Robins varsity roster was Jonathan Krolak, Rayjohn Hunter and Jacob Yurick. The Junior Varsity lost a close game 5-6 against Dakota. Brittany Bern did a great job in goal for her debut. Jennifer Dorr socred 1 goal, John Mason scored 1 goal while the leading scorer this evening was Stacey Anthony. The JV played a great game and offensively they spent most of the time in the opponents end of the court. Unfortunately the time ran out with the Robins behind by one goal. This was the first time this team has played a complete regulation length game. Good job Robins

Minneapolis 5 - Robins 4
The Robins Varsity lost a close game to Mpls in their soccer opener. Andy Bell scored 3 goals of which one was a penalty shot, while Josh Bell scored one penalty shot. Dustin Peterson had one assist. The Robins lead 4-1 at the end of the first half when Minneapolis came back strong to tie it up in the last 2 minutes of play in the second half. On a lucky shot Minneapolis went ahead. It was a hard fought game and the teams both showed great effort. New comer, Rayjohn Hunter had a terrific game and new to the goal was Sam Harrington who also shows great promise with 23 saves tonight. Minneapolis defeated the Robin 3-0 in the JV game. The Robins have a number of new players this year. Tom Smith played goalie while the offense struggled to score. Hopefully the JV with have more opportunities to advance their skills this season.

The Robins defeated Johnson with a score of 16-3 at home. Sam Harrington had 7 saves and allowed only 3 goals for Johnson. Andy Bell made 6 goals and 4 assists while brother Josh Bell had 6 goals and 1 assist. Jacob Yurick made 3 goals and Rayjahn Hunter made 1 goal while Jonathon Krolak had 1 assist. Also playing for the Robins was Brittany Bern, John Mason, Trevin Rawls Jennifer and Jason Dorr. Rounding out the Robins roster was Anne Marie Burns, Ari Carlson and Tom Smith. this bring the Robins to a 5-2 record currently standing in 4th place.
