2007 ROBINS RAFFLE FUNDRAISER INFORMATION
Welcome to RobinsAthletics.com, the official web site for the Robins Adapted Athletics program!
Our program is for junior and senior high school students in the Hopkins, Robbinsdale, Mound-West Tonka school districts. The Robins have students from Hopkins High School, Robbinsdale Armstrong High School, Robbinsdale Cooper High School and Mound-West Tonka High School.
The Adapted Athletics program is a High School Varsity sport operated by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL). Students from grades 7 through 12 form our team that competes against teams from around the Twin Cities and throughout the state. There are three sports played during the school year with all games played indoors in a gymnasium. Adapted Soccer is played in the Fall, Adapted Floor Hockey is played during the winter and Adapted Softball is played in the spring. Students can earn their Varsity letter for participating in all 3 sports in one year (9th grade and above).
The Robins have 2 teams. The Blue Team plays in the C.I. Division (formerly known as the M.H. Division) for students that have Cognitive Impairments. The Gold Team plays in the P.I. Division (formerly known as the P.O.H.I. Division) which is for students who have Physical Impairments. The rules for each division are different, as they are designed to meet the needs of students with the various disabilities.
For more information about our program, check out each team above.
